The best defensive player in baseball and other bullets, and other bullets
— Chicago Cubs (@Cubs) May 17, 2018
Cub Tracks performed legendary feats, or at least the late Lowell George and his band did, and the team rolled on through Atlanta for a three-game set, concluding tonight with a possible meatloaf and then a move on to Cincinnati for four games against the woeful Reds, having split the first two games.
Let’s hope they forget those neon nights and Georgia rhythms and remember just how bad the Reds pitching staff is. Win or lose, I’m not gonna let it bother me tonight. Watching this spooky-good team play is always good for me.
People forget just how good the Cubs are, just like they forget how excellent that band was/is. And now let’s move on to the news about Ben Zobrist‘s shoes, and other pressing matters — as always * means autoplay on (directions to remove for Firefox and Chrome).
